    Sound cuts out on htl320

    I have my HTL3120 soundbar connected to my philips 42pfl6907 TV via hdmi (ARC) it works fine for the first 10 mins then the sound will turn off
    If I then turn the soundbar off for a while it will then work again for a bit but then the sound cuts out again.
    Does anyone else have the same problem or know how to fix it? I have tried different hdmi ports and different cables

    Hi Cmscratc,

    This indeed sounds very odd, we certainly have not come across this at all!

    Have you made sure that both devices software versions are up to date? Or indeed have you recently updated the television set?

    If not, please update the software and re-install both the TV and the soundbar and let us know if this resolves the issue.

    The TV has the latest software which was updated quite a few months ago I believe.
    I have not updated any software on the soundbar as I did not think it was possible. Can you point me to the latest firmware if there is any please

    There is a fairly new software version available for this set: 000.150.095.000
    Make sure this version is installed before trying this again.

    Things to try:
    Audio Format set to stereo instead of multichannel
    Easylink settings make sure they are on.

    I updated the TV software to the latest version
    The soundbar still cut out after 10 mins
