Question Evenly Spaced Thin Green Lines on Philips 42PFL7403D/27

Is there a solution for this problem...I have checked the internal connection(s) all seemed solid. See attached pictures/videos describing the problem and the connections checked. If there are any suggestions from any experienced in such or if any one has found a solution... your comments would be most appreciated. The TV is only six years old. Is it time to get a new one? I am a big fan of this TV and I have recommended Philips products to others. It was working great up till about two weeks ago. Is there another software upgrade than the on the product support page that can resolve this issue?

    Hi Winston.

I have moderated some of your links. This is due to the fact that we cannot advise self repair or that customers open the back of the TV chassis themselves. This is for safety reasons.

We always advise to seek assistance from and authorised Philips repair centre in these cases.

    Best regards,
    Ina
