    Angry Htb5540d/98

    I'm using HTB5540D/98 home theater system. It's YouTube app is very slow. I think there are some issues in it's firmware. please see the image. also only few apps available in my region (Sri lanka) WE NEED NETFLIX. Most of times it doesn't recognize my Wifi network. Then I have to restart, reset network settings or restore to factory default.

    We haven't had any reports of YouTube app issues recently. How long ago did you start experiencing this issue?

    Also, please make sure you have the latest version of firmware released on 29/01/2014.

    Yes I upgraded firmware. Since I using it. Nearly August 2013. It's not smoothly work. I need answers all of my questions. Did you see the attached picture? In my region/in English language no more than 5 apps. If this was designed to Europeans, why do they sales it in SriLanka. I brought this from Philips authorised distributor. Called "Dinapala".

    A one of your team members Thomas asked me to use wire connection to connect to the router. Then why Philips added wifi to this.

    Hi,

    I suggest you try wired connection to check if the problem lies in your Wi-Fi.
