Philips are liars
This what Ina say in other topic is BIG LIE !!!
1. I have not tv from 3 mоnths !!!
2. I ASK FOR ANSWERS FOR 23 !!! PROBLEMS MANY TIMES - NO ANSWERS !!! WHY I HAVE NOT ANSWERS FOR MY 23 QUESTIONS ??? FROM ONLINE SUPPORT AND FROM OFFICIAL SERVICE - NO ANSWERS !!!
3. NO ONE IS CONNECT ME DURING 3 MONTHS !!! 0 (ZERO) PHONE CALLS !!! BY ANYONE'S !!!
4. "The customer was also offered the set tested at his home" - THIS WAS NEVER HAPPEN !!! BIG LIE !!!
5. "We have made several attempts to contact the customer in regards to his TV" - THIS WAS NEVER HAPPEN !!! - NO ONE IS NOT CONTACT ME 3 MOUNTS !!!
6. NO ONE SERVICE IS NOT CONTACT WITH ME !!! - rhetorical question is WHY ?
AND I SHOW FOR 5 MINUTES IN STORE THAT MY TV HAS A LOT OF PROBLEMS !!!!
So many customers tell about tv's problems but ... for philips there are not problems !!! Problems are in philips customers, not in tv's !!!
EVERYONE'S FROM PHILIPS ARE LIARS !
