    Hi and Morning,

as the TV's are not launched yet in every country it may happens that this App is only avaialble in certain Countries.

Please wait for the TV's to be launched, then the App will be there for everyone.

    Regards
    Thomas

I have 42PUS7809 which sholud be compatible with this app. I also have latest firmware from 13th August 2014 instaled.
When I start philips tv remote app and try to chouse my TV there is info that my TV needs new software before it can be paired with this app or something like that.

Is there any solutin for this problem, or do I just need to wait for the new firmware and hope that this time at least some of the many bugs including this one will be fixed.

    Hi,

7809 is not an Android TV.
You need the Philips My Remote App.

    Hi

I've a 47PFT6309/12, it's a 2014 model... which app should I use with this TV? TV Remote App or My Remote App?

I just tried My Remote App but only the TV control works with my phone (Acer S510, Android 4.2.2), neither Simply Share nor TV guide works. Just for further clarification, Miracast is working...

    Thanks in advance!

But MyRemote is working only fr the remote control part (change channel, vole and so on), all the SimplyShare part is not working at all... based on documentation, it should be possible to send video and images from the smartphone to the TV and to display on the smartphone what's displayed on the TV, but I didn't found yet a way to make it work.

Is there any guide to follow to be sure that everything is correctly configured?

    Thx

    Hi

all the SimplyShare part is not working at all
For that Feature to be working, the "DMR" Option in the Network Menu on the TV must be enabled.

The DMR option was already activated, by the way I tried with a second smartphone updated to Android KitKat 4.4.4 and I managed to make it works also for the SimplyShare part, now I'm able to display images and videos from my smartphone to the TV thru the WiFi connection... good!

What now I'm not able to make it works is the Wi-Fi Smart Screen functionality... I can access the settings from the related menu in MyRemote app, I changed the smart screen lock to On, I inserted the PIN code but in the main menu there's no option to activate the Wi-Fi Smart Screen...

What should I do on both smartphone & TV in order to display on the smartphone itself the TV screen? I'm using only digital channels on TV, no subscriptions to any pay TV, I tried both with SD and HD channels

    Thanks
    Regards
