I understand your "anger" man... I have the same issue and quite few more.
But let be clear you don't even have "true" 4K content (yours is really really compressed) :
    File size : 170 MB
    Duration : 2mn 3s
Overall bit rate : 11.6 Mbps

which is even poorer (only 11.6Mbps bitrate) then most blu-ray rips and this is now even more confusing as HOW THE HELL this can't be played on New Philips 2014 7809 model?

    My content is true 4K:

As you can see it has about 100Mbit bitrate which is fairly said beggining of true 4K contents (it lasts only 4mins and it takes 3.4GB space).

This content can only be played trough PC (with resolution set on 3840x2160) via HDMI 1 (Blu-Ray).
I tried on all USB ports also other "poorer" 4K contents and on all I get screen artifacts like yours - green.
I was in local TV shop the other day and they had sam but bigger Philips 55PUS7809 with 4K content displaying.
I wonder if they had USB stick plugged in and playing that content with built in TV player, too bad no-one was near that I could ask??

What is the meaning of 4K TV if we owners can't even watch 4K content properly??

I haven't got a problem with the titles on 2D movies with a new firmware. Old firmware didn't show the titles on 2D&3D movies, funny doesn't it?

Can Philips support give a clue on this?
Why our tv is not able to give 4K via USB like other manufacturers?

If philips is not reacting quick will have a disappointed customers.

I have submitted a long list of bugs for v2.26 in the firmware feedback section. This list also contains the 4K playback issue.

Guess what. No answer or acknowledgement whatsoever.
Same thing in the german feedback forum.

What does "Philips Support Forum" actually mean? Philips supporting the customers or the other way around?
