    DIGI channel installation problem (40PFH4109/88)

    Hello all,

I have a tricky problem with my new TV (40PFH4109/88 firm.:2.080). DIGI TV is broadcasting 4 channels at 121,5MHz. (M1 HD, M2 HD, Duna HD, Duna World HD) If I start a full channel scan, tv find these channels, but the TV's image falls apart. If I set manually the frequency to 121,5 MHz it is much better but sometimes appear a picture error in line. Other channel hasn't got any problem. The signal strength is 100 and signal quality also 100. If I set the automatic channel update, these channels disappear. I tried several localizations but there is no difference. These channels work well with other TV.

    Hi SVTom,

Could you please let me know your country location and channel provider?

    Best regards,
    Ina

    Hi SVTom.

Unfortunately your provider has not certified our TVs for their service. But I would suggest that you contact them about which settings they recommend when preforming a channel installation.

When going through the option for Reinstall Channels, after selecting DVB-C, country and possibly provider, select Settings. Here are various parameters that can be adjusted to specific services.

Alternatively, try to contact your local customer service team who may be able to assist you, as they would have better knowledge of local provider information:

    Hi Ina,

    I've already did it.

    Answers:

    1. Digi: There is no problem with their service... I should talk with Philips....
    2. Local customer service: I should use German localization and reinstall channels...or talk with Digi....
(there is no German localization in the list...)

    So the game called ping-pong....

    Thanks for trying to help!

    Best Regards,
    SVTom
