32PFS5709/12 Audio Out Delay (lip sync) issue
I am trying to connect my new Philips 32PFS5709/12 TV (latest software update) to external TV speakers (Q Acoustics BT3) via optical audio (Toslink) connection. Sound is great, but out of sync with the TV picture.
Setting "TV settings > Sound > Advanced > Audio out delay", even to the maximum value (60ms) does not seem to be enough.
The TV User Guide (page 16) says "A delay value of 180ms may be required", in the section about adjusting delay on the HTS, but delay cannot be set on my speakers.
Using my BT3 speakers with my two years old Samsung TV has no issues at all, audio and picture are in perfect sync, without setting a delay. This could indicate the problem is on the Philips TV?
Any suggestions? Please help!
