    SA3VBE08K/97 battery doesn't last

SA3VBE08K/97 battery doesn't last as much as it's stated. I have to charge it daily. I took it to a local Philips tech support and they said they changed the battery but the result is still the same

    Hello,

Battery life and number of charge cycles vary by use and settings. Rechargeable batteries have a limited number of charge cycles and may eventually need to be replaced.

Playtime on internal battery for SA3VBE08K/97 is up to 25 hours audio, 12 hours radio or 5 hours video.

To conserve battery power and increase the play time, set the backlight timer to a low value.

    Kind regards,
    Philips Moderation Team

Hi Rafal, since I bought it it never lasted nothing even close to 25 hours. I only use audio not radio or video. As suggested on the site, I turned off Fullsound, lowered the brightness, etc. I took all the measures and still the battery didn't last. Then I took it to a Philips repair store and they claim they changed the battery but still the same situation...

    Hi,

I suggest that you contact the repair shop that changed your battery again and report the problem. Please make sure that the battery replacement is a brand new one.

    Kind regards,
