Unhappy HTB 5151K stuck at reboot

My blu ray soundbar HTB 5151 K all of a sudden stopped recognizing any connections LAN or wifi so I decided to reset the sound bar to factory settings from the menu

But the sound bar won't boot to the HOME screen now

The small display in the sound bar just shows SETTINGS and the sound bar won't play any discs

It's just shows SETTINGS in the display and black screen in the tv even after restarting the sound bar multiple times

    Please help me ;(

Any physical way to reset the product to factory settings

Or any other way please guide me

    Hi,

You need to be able to get into Settings in order to apply factory settings. As it is impossible in your case, you will need to have your unit serviced as there is no other way to reset it.

    Kind regards,
