How can I open the BD tray? It tells me that it is opening, but doesn't. is there a manual release somewhere?

    Hello,

Button number 2 (see attached pic) opens or closes the disc compartment. If it doesn't work please apply factory settings.

Thank you for the response. Unfortunately you have stated the obvious. I have used button 2 and the remote, but the product has obviously failed and I was looking for any other way to open the BD tray (like a PC has a quick release for the CD ROM). If there is no other way of opening the tray, I have no other option but to discard the product and buy another brand. I have also reset the factory settings to no avail - I am assuming that is what is meant in the response above.

    Hi,

I have the same system as you (HTB3560) and had problems aswell (not the same as yours, but maybe the solution is the same). If you have other HDMI inputs connected to your TV try this:

    1. Turn off sound system & tv
    2. Take out your other HDMI inputs from the TV
    3. Turn on sound system & tv again

Simple and might be a long shot, but worth a try, right?
