Thomas, not a word in all of that from you about economic compensation to the Philips customers who was deceived.

Now, will there be any economic compensation from Philips to the customers?

question has been answered in the Statement:

Q: Will you compensate me now when you remove the Viaplay application on Philips Smart TVs?
A: Please contact Viaplay on this matter, the subscription for the Viaplay service is managed by Viaplay.

    ---------
Thomas, this is about the purchases of Philips TVs and Philips deceiving its customers. It is not about the cost of the Viaplay subscription. And I think you - Thomas - understand that. So no more running around, please.

    One more time:

Will there be any economic compensation from Philips to the customers?

Then first explain why customers who purchased Philips TVs from Philips dealers needs to contact Viaplay.

Why is the content provider Viaplay accountable for the manufacturer Philips selling not properly working TVs under
    false pretenses?
