Hi, I have this TV: 32phh4309.
I want to use my usb (32gb) for record the TV. When I connect it, the TV show me the usb content but when I'm on the tv viewer the rec options (or something else) not appear when I press the rec button. What I can do?
P.s: I also tryed with my Hard Disk (1Tb), the firmware version is TPN149E_002.090 (v2.09)Last edited by stefy97100; 07-03-2014 at 10:42 AM.

Hello Stefy,
There is a problem here. If you wanna use the record function you must use the IP-EPG from the internet. You see the problem here.... your set can not be connected so there is no way that you can record. You can use pause TV.
KR,
Evil

Hi,
no - this TV can record without IP-EPG - BUT: only with a future firmware update (which has not been released yet).
This is written in the leaflet...

1)It is sure that in the future will be released this update?
2)Are you sure that the necessary firmware is not the 2.09?

Hi,
1) yes - see product spread sheet: *Software upgrade required for Pause TV and USB recording.
2) yes - it's not 2.090

Well i know that if you want to record you need IP-EPG. The EPG from the provider does not have this option (jet?) So it depends on your provider. If they support this then maybe there will be a softwareupdate to make this possible.

Hi,
that's not correct. The IP-EPG for USB recording is only needed for 2K11 and 2k12 (up to 5507) series... after that, DVB-EPG is sufficient.
