    HTL5120 low volume after standby

    I just bought a htl 5120.
I set the volume at my prefered level, which works good with my tvbox.
But after setting htl 5120 in standby, and turing in on again, the volume is very low.
Is this a bug or what is happenig, very annoying to have to use the remote to rise the volume every single time i'm going to watch tv.
If this can't be resolved i'm going to return this to the store.

    Dear MariusR77,

Thank you for the posting on the forum.

Yes, this is a normal behaviour. The settings of bass, treble and volume are reset to a default level after the system is powered off. This is to protect the speakers in cases the audio settings are set at a high level before the system is powered off.

    Kind regards,

    Seriously?!
Is that very common, that people break their speakers because they max the volume before they turn it off?
Well, to bad. the speaker is excelent, but your "feature" is rubish. i will wear out the remote from adjusting every thing several times a day.
This is going back to the shop
