    Unhappy Shutdown

My 50PFL3807T shuts down on a regular basis. I bought it last May, 2013. It was replaced because the picture saturation was desperately poor in April 2014. Now it closes down all the time. What can I do. I wonder if I should have stuck with Samsung.

    Hi Phil.

Please ensure the TV software is up to date, that the TV has it's own dedicated power supply/socket and try to remove any external devices.

If the TV still reboots without the above implemented, please try to reinstall the TV.

    Best regards,
    Ina

    Hi Ina,
i have another post with the same problem. The TV was installed first time one month ago, (first of june 2014) and now same shutdown problem. I have a 55pfl7008/12 paied more than 1500+ € with last sw revision, and after the upgrade no power for some minutes, reinstalled the tv, no cable attached and the problem is still there. When i go to update channel list the problem apper, and im very disappoint about (seams) philips know that and do nothing (i hope im wrong).

    Regards
    Paolo
