    hello Sarka:
I bought the home cinema in February 2011.
in July 2012 was not capable of playing some bluray disc, and soon not read any. the message displayed was "unknown disc".
on the official service changed the optical drive with a new one, the home cinema still under warranty.
four months ago the new optical drive fail again, not being able to read some bluray disc. from a month ago the optical drive does not read any bluray disc. same message "unknown disc". on the official service say that i should change the unit with a new one.
is this the expected lifetime of the optical drive? I think not.
other people in various forums talking about the same problem.
I think it is a serious failure of quality.
I'll have to change the main part of the home cinema every year and a half?
    unthinkable, right?
chance? I do not think so.
    thank you

    Dear carlosv,

I am sorry to hear about the issue. As recommended by the service centre, the unit has to be exchanged, so I would suggest you to contact them directly.

I have passed your feedback to our team for further investigation.

    Kind regards,
    Sarka
