    how can i restore(reset) my device to Factory Settings
    Pls Help

    My devices voicefeedback turned Chinese after firmware upgrade.

    thank u but THERE is no SETTINGS.exe file inside the device (can't open PERSONAL Information Screen) . it's gone after Firmware Uprade . i need that file for change Language. Please if u have that file(s) send me.
    i tried Repair tool from Songbird and RESET button and Format Device with Songbird nothing is changed coz no exist SETTINGS.exe file .

    In this situation you will need to have your player serviced as it looks like some files got corrupted while updating.
