    Resetting software to factory version

    Hello Everybody,

Could anyone tell me how can I downgrade my software version to factory settings?
As far as I know, XX.upg files are not visible by TV if they are an older verision of running one.

When I reported my problems, support guys suggested me an older version as more stable one (funny!)
Could you please tell me how I roll back to starting point?

    Thank you!

    Hi mrcrowley,

Unless downgrading is advised by development directly, we do not otherwise recommend downgrading the TV software.

If our customer service team have distinctly advised you to downgrade, please contact them directly for instructions and downgrade file. This will not be provided via the this forum.

Downgrading without specific instructions from the support team or outside an authorised service environment is not advised as it can cause adverse effects on the TV, which may not be covered by warranty. Downgrading outside these parameters should only be done at own risk.

    Best regards,
    Ina
