    Fidelio P9 charge problem

My fidelio P9 doesn't finish properly his charging process. After plugging in to the power outlet, the lights blink in charging mode for a while and then go off. I touch it to see the charge and not react. Everything else seems to work properly.

    Hello,

How long did you charge it for? It takes 4 hours to fully charge the device.

    Kind regards,

I keep it chargin all night. And the light pattern are irregular, mostly only the first light blink, and sometimes, the correct patern of charging turns on.

    Thanks!
