    Question SHB4000WT/00 Bluetooth conection troubles

Hi, I bought some headphones six months ago and they were working perfectly with my android phone until one month ago. Now they don't pair anymore, I have tried with a few different phones and no one can connect or even recognize / detect the headphones.
I don't know what can I try to fix it, nothing has happened, no hits, no water, no heat... nothing; one day it didn't work
Please, if there's something I can do to fix it without bringing it to the repair shop, I would like to try it.
    Thank you in advance.

    Thanks for your reply...
I'm not native english speaker, so sorry if I don't explain right...
I have a Samsung Galaxy Ace with Android Gingerbread 2.3.6; I haven't changed it since I have my headphones.
If you need more specifications, don't hesitate to ask me.

    Hello Rafal,

If you mean turn off and then turn on my phone again; I did it and it doesn't work.
Maybe you mean to reinstall the operating system in my phone?

    Thanks in advance.
