images freezes while playing media files - wired connection

I bought a 50PFL4208T/12 , I have installed the last updates and i have connected it to the network to see files in my NAS (network area storage) . I have Internet which i can confirm while using the smart TV capabilities

However my problem it is when i try to play a media file in my NAS. When i try to connect wireless to the router that is connected with cable to the NAS the image freezes.

Now I am trying with a cable connection from the TV to the router which is connected to the NAS with cable. I am getting the same freezing problems.

The reason i bough this TV was to play media files, but of course, if it freezes every 45 seconds i dont really see the point . Does anyone have any tips to solve this issue?

    /Carlos

    Hi Carlos.

Which media server are you using on the NAS?

    Best regards,
