List of Compliant material for the Headphone Fidelio M1BT

    Hello,

I bought a Headphone some time ago after receiving an invitation from Philips to test it: it's a Fidelio M1BT.

I tested it in Bluetooth with my samsung Galaxy S2 and I has no issue to connect it.

During this test I checked also if it could be connected to my personal laptop, professional laptop, IPAD, Archos Tablet without success.

Now I have a new personal Laptop with Windows 8.1: an HP ENVY 17-j103ef , a new android tablet: HP Slate HD and a new smartphone: a Samsung Galaxy S5 and none of these machines can connect to the Headphone in Bluetooth.

I just checked a new time with my S2 and it works it's not a bluetooth issue.

What is the list of possible equipments that can connect with this Headset?

    Regards

    Thank you Rafal,

You specified SAMSUNG Devices, is it also true for the Samsung Galaxy S5 ? because I just bought one and when I tested to link the headphone whith it, it did not showed it in the list of discovered devices, I did the same with my galaxy S2 just after to be sure I did not miss something and it worked fine.

    regards.

    Hello,

As for connection with laptop and tablet: please contact the manufacturers for the latest bluetooth adapter drivers. This usually solves the issue.

As for connection with Galaxy S5, please update to version 4.4.4 KitKat and reboot the phone afterwards and check again.

    Kind regards,
    Philips Moderation Team
