    Hello,

Solid red LED means that the headset is charging. Please charge it fully before use.

    Kind regards,

    Hi Rafal

Have tried re-charging head set, but seems to not charge , go to switch on but no blue light comes on .
seem like a short circuit on head phones.

    Kind Regards

    Hi Steve,

In this situation I'd suggest you contact the dealer and ask for replacement or repair under warranty.

    Kind regards,
