    mp3 files stop after 1 min of playing and skip to the next one

    mp3 files stop after 1 min of playing
    there is info on the screen, that the file is not in service and the next mp3 file starts\
    and after about 1 minute it stops and the next file beging
    and so on

    Can you please double check and send me also a model number of the player? A model number should start with SA4RGA or SA4VBE.

    Thank you for additional information. Can you please confirm a firmware version of the player? You can find it in Settings here: [Information] - [Player information] - [Firmware version].

    First of all, I would recommend you to reset the player and if this does not help, you can use Device manager for a repair:

    I have the firmware version 1.20
    reset does not help
    I cannot repair, because don't know how to do it. When I start Device manager it asks me to disconnect player; when disconnected the instructions disappear... don't understand, when and where to press + key.
    I think it's time to visit the store and send my mp3 to the service...

    Please, have a look at the picture which I included, you can find a + key button there.
    If it does not help I suggest you to contact a retailer and they will be able to assist you with the exchange of the player.
