    App in demo mode?!?

    Dear CC

    My AW9000 seems to be stuck. When it it's activated it will initialize to the MP3 connection altho there is no MP3 connected on my speaker. It's not possible to manualy switch to any other setting on the speaker. The buttons on the main speaker are not responding. Even the on/off is not responding. Only way to reset it is to cut the power. Problem is as soon as the system comes online it will choose MP3 as input.

    I tried to change the settings on the Airstudio app but when i do the app says it's changed but the speakers still will have the MP3 input device selected. When i start the Airstudio app it says it's in demo mode?!?

    Tried re-activating the app, cutting the power, nothing seems to help!

    How do I fix this!

    Thank you for contacting us. I am afraid you have to contact your local service centre or a retailer as it sounds like the unit is faulty and need to be repaired/exchanged.
