    keep on starting, and never go further, whats wrong, what can i do.

    Hello,

    You can reset the home theater to the default settings programmed at the factory and check if it helps.

    have taken the power of for 1 minute or so, didn't help where else to reset

    Hello,

    If you are not able to get to the Home screen then you won't be able to perform the factory reset. You will need to have the device serviced.
