    Angry RJ45

    Hello,

I have a 55pfl5537h_12 with has (had) a RJ45 connector at its back. Someone in the famuly has moved the TV and the RJ45 has been pulled out.
Has this happened to someone else?
Is that something I can fix or should I contact Philips Service?

    Thanks in advance
    Miguel

    Hi Miguel.

We do not advise self-repair of Philips TVs for various reasons including safety, and therefore we also do not give information regarding repair procedures on our official support channels, including the forum.

The best thing to do is to take up contact with your local Philips customer service team, who can advise you further:

    http://www.support.philips.com/suppo..._selector.jsp?
Select your country and preferred language, then Contact.

    Best regards,
    Ina
