HTL9100/12 non wireless end speakers
I have purchased the HTL9100/12 but my end speakers which are detachable are cabled and not therefore wireless. They also do not charge when attached to the main unit. Can they be exchanged for wireless? or do I need a separate charger to charge them as non arrived in their original box.

Dear barralis,
Thank you for posting on the forum.
The side speakers which come with the main unit and are detachable should be wireless, so no need of cable. Only the main unit and subwoofer has the AC mains connector. The side speakers can be only charged by attaching them to the main unit.
You can find all information and instructions on the page 6-9 in the User manual here:

Thank you for your reply but this unfortunately does not answer my problem. My end speakers are wired and do not charge when attached to the main unit. It looks like I have the wrong end speakers how do I resolve this problem or is there a separate charger for the end speakers?

In this case I would strongly recommend you to contact a retailer because obviously, you do not have the official set. The wireless speakers HTL9100 do not have power cables.
A retailer will definitely exchange the set for the right one.
Kind regards,

I am out of time to do this now as did not realise the issues. Can I purchase end wireless speakers from Phillips? If not where do I get the charger for the end speakers as this is a Philips product?

Unfortunately, I cannot help you further. You really have to contact a retailer.
