    Question Philips 32PFK4309 + Dell XPS 17 (L702X)

    Hi,

I'm having a problem with connecting the 32PFK4309/12 Philips 4000 Series, via HDMI to my PC Dell XPS 17 (L702X),
I get "No Signal!" No matter what i try.

The PC HDMI connection with other TV brands works fine, they are immediately recognized and in working order.

Is it possible to fix this with a firmware update?

    Thank you.

    Hi namret.

Please ensure your TV software is updated to version 2.100.

Also ensure that your PC dispaly resolution is set to a supported format. You can find these on page 38 of the user manual:
    http://philips.to/1oxgfCY

Please also try the other HDMI port.

If you are still unsuccessful, please contact your local customer service team:
    http://www.support.philips.com/suppo..._selector.jsp?
Select your country and preferred language, then Contact.

    Best regards,
    Ina

    Hi Ina,

    Thanks for the reply.

Firmware is up to date, supported resolution is set, and i also used the second HDMI port, but it just won't work.

After reading the forums, in my opinion, it is better not to buy a Philips TV, there are far to much problems.

    My solution:

Gonna sell the Philips TV, and buy another brand.
Got no time to waste trying to solve this problem, something like this should not happen in the first place.

    Have a nice day.
