    Connecting to ipad and pc

Hello, I bought a new tv from the 4500 series yesterday. And ive really been strugling on how to mirroring my ipad to the tv, as far as ive understood it that is possible with the miracast app, also mirroring my pc to the tv over wifi? Is this even possible or is it just me being a complete fool here?
    Many thanks for answers!

    Hi,

miracast is an open source standard which is not supported by apple Devices.
    Apple uses "Airplay" technology.
To mirror the Display you need another Apple Device like Apple TV which is Airplay compatible.

    Regards
    Thomas

    Hi,

For a Miracast connection to be successful, both devices need to support the Miracast standard.

Please check with your computer manufacturer about Miracast compatibility on your computer.

If you computer does not support Miracast, then the best connection option is usually via HDMI for optimal quality.

    Best regards,
    Ina
