Firmware upgrade failed warning While connecting HDMI Philipts 32PFL5578 /V7

I am getting following error when I am connecting a device in the HDMI 1 input on my Philips 32PFL5578/V7 TV .

though this is more like a warning as the inputs are working fine and I can see the picture and sound .

the same error is not appearing in the HDMI 2 Input . I have tried multiple Devices and faced same issue only on HDMI 1 Input . same devices dont give error in HDMI2 input .

the TV has not internet / WIFI connectivity and site shows no firmware upgrade available .

    Hi Guys

I am getting a 'No Signal Input' message when I try to connect a HDMI device to my Philips 42" Flat TV. It was working fine 3 days ago Do I need to do an upgrade? If so, any idea where I can get it?

    Thanks guys
