    Hello,

Please pull the power cord for a few minutes and then try again. If you can't get to home screen and perform factory reset then you will need to have your player serviced.

    Kind regards,
    Philips Moderation Team

    Angry

had the same problem after uploaded latest software 1.26. No solution, machine jammed. Disk parts ratlles.
Called Philips Customer Support in The Netherlands: they let me send the complete Mediaplayer BDP7750 in a box to local service center. Got it back after 2 weeks with complete new motherboard.

On this machine V1.26 software is installed.

My neighbour also has this machine BDP7750 he bought together with me in January 2014. Still in Warranty period.

He decided also to do the V.126 sofware update. Luckily after his V.126 software upgrade his BDP7750 machine still worked... BUT.... now we have new problems with some functions after the upgrade to V1.26 software, particularly in the SMART TV section:

    (1) You Tube app: search function does not work, so searching your own favorite YouTube movie is simply Impossible. So in fact the YouTube App is now useless.....

    (2) In the App Store (in the Smart TV section usuably the left upper App) unable to SEARCH for any other apps at all; simply no response after a search request! No response at all. An "All apps" red button does not work either.....

This means I can not install any App I want (as I would e.g. want to install an old YouTube app that works...).

So, again , the mediaplayer useage has seriously been affected!! http://www.supportforum.philips.com/...milies/mad.png

So Philips: FIX THE UPGRADE V1.26 !!

mange39: you could show Philips Sweden this topic as a reference?
The Philips corporation is far away from offering a good level of service in my experience.
Like for instance Samsung. They called me privatly and after office hours for several days until the bugs were found and a fix was made.
This is how it should be.
So, Philips: you can do better.
