Cannot connect to the wireless network

    Hi!
I have had my Philips 50" Smart LED-TV 50PFT4509 for almost a week and I am very satisfied, but I can't connect to the wireless network. It seems correct, but late in the process it says something like: "connecting to the wireless network failed". I have an Apple Time Capsule as my wireless router and I don't haveing problem connecting other devices to my network. Please hjelp me!

    Hi,

is there a MAC Filter active (MAC Filter has nothing to do with Apple, its some kind of "Security" Protocoll on Routers)?
Does it work via Cable connection?

    Hello!
I will check if there is an active MAC filter this afternoon. I have not tried the connection with a cable. Don't think I have that long cable, but I'll give you a hint tonight.

    Hello again!
I don´t think there´s a mac filter active. I haven´t had the opportunity to test the connection with a cable, but I think the TV doesn´t recognize the USB wireless adapter at all. Late in the installation process the TV tells me to insert a USB since, but it´s already inserted. Of course. Any more suggestions?
