GoGear Vibe plays Album tracks in Alphabetic order

I have a GoGear Vibe model SA4VBEo8KN/12 and when I go in to Album view the tracks are listed in Alphabetic order and play in that order - the FAQ indicates it should play in ID3 order. I've updated the firmware to v1.2.

    Is this a known issue?

I've reformatted and reset to factory settings then copied a few albums over via Explorer, screen grab is of one of them.

I go to Music \ Albums then select Abacab press top right button and select play it plays tract 1, Abacab then track 5, Dodo instead of track 2. If I go in to the Abacab folder the tracks are listed in Alphabetic order.

    Hello Dave,

Can you please send me a private message with a serial number of the player?
Have you tried to reset a player by inserting a pen tip or other object into the reset hole on VIBE? Hold until the player shuts down.

    Kind regards,
    Philips Moderation Team

I also have GoGear Vibe, Mod: SA4VBE08RF/97. Same thing happens, albums loaded onto machine which then sorts the tracks within the album alphabetically which needless to say shreds the album... not happy.
