Unhappy having problem with 32" lcd tv...

My Philips 32" LCD TV just started having this issue. I am wondering if you guys can help me out.

When I power on the TV, it powers itself down right away. I don't have the latest firmware installed on the TV, I do however have it downloaded to a USB drive. Question is how do I get the firmware to install with the TV shutting down so quickly after powering it up. Any help is greatly appreciated...

    The model # is: 32PFL3504D/F7

It powers down right away when I power it on. Not sure how much more specific I can be on that symptom... but please feel free to ask questions if necessary...

    HI Joe,

If the TV does not stay on long enough to be able to perform a re-installation or software update, then there is unfortunately little we are able to do via this forum to assist.

Please contact your local customer service team for further assistance:

    Best regards,
