HTL2150 sound issue - buzzing noises and cut-off

    Hi,

I bought my HTL2150 about 1.5 years ago and it was all working fine and dandy. However just recently over the last months or so it began to behave weirdly.

After around 15mins or 20mins into the movie or TV show, it will begin to buzz and make humming noises. After probably another 10 mins or so, the sound will disappear...

Another instance will be that no sound will come back on from the beginning!

My setup is using the Optical cable + subwoofer. Please help!
Not sure if my shop will allow me to claim with warranty now?

    From Australia by the way.

    Hi Rafal,

I tried it 4 times over the weekend, factory reset that is.
First time it works brilliantly through the whole entire movie.
When we tried to load the 2nd movie after dinner it stopped working.
Third time worked about 20min again.
Yesterday the 4th time it didn't work

What do you think it might be?

    Hello,

Looks like some kind of technical malfunction. If possible, please have your unit checked by a qualified technician and serviced if need be.

    Kind regards,

    Hi Rafal,

    Thank you again for helping!
If you don't mine for me to ask you one last question.

Can you please recommend any local qualified technician here in Perth, WA, Australia?
I don't want to take it to any dodgy repairman to take a look.
Also will it be within warranty still?

    Thanks again!
