46PFL9705 K2, Massive picture quality problems, shadow images on Screen

Hi everyone,

I just bought a new 46PFL9705. After installation everything was fine until next mornig.
Switched TV on and couldnt believe my eyes.

The Picture Resulation is very bad, i would say it is 640x480.
The bigger problem is the colors are verycrazy.
The scrrenbrightness is i would say beteween 2% and 4%.
In my optinion it seema like a massive render error.
Next Problem is that i can see shadow images of the configuration menue in the picture lika a watermark.

Now the thing i cant understand. During switching channels the channel number is sharp white and perfect since the video source is added. Then is is very blured and the color is little yellow or orange..

I tired:
Firmware Update. No success
Resetting Color Options. No Success
Resetting TV to Default. No success
Unplugging Device and pressing all buttons again and again about 5 min. No seccess.

Please post everything you could imagine the problem is or perhaps a solution.
Otherwise i must send it to service.

Hi,

it seem that the backlight isn't working anymore... When did you bought your TV? Bring it back to the shop! Not to the service! Your local dealer has to replace your unit!
