Philips 42PUS7809/12 shows as not windows certified in Windows 8.1 Devices

My goal is to share my Windows 8.1 PC screen on my brand new Philips TV using WIFI Miracast.

Obvious facts: TV is WIFI connected. PC is in same newtork and alo WIFI connected. WIFI network is N standard 5Gh, so plenty of throughput room.

Following is a screenshot from Pc Settings in Windows 8.1 from my TV as registered playable device:

1st and for my benifit only valid question: Why does this have to be my problem?

2nd question: As it is my problem. How will Philips solve this for me?

    Unhappy

Here we are many moons later. in the mean time I have switched over to Windows 10 and at least the device is not showing as uncertified anymore, but projecting my screen using Miracast on my smart tv is still not possible. Sadly it is not recognized or detected as a projector screen.
