Angry 42PFK6549/12 and Soundbar HTL3140B/12: Audio not sync

    Hello...

No complaints about the TV itself ...

The problem is quite serious and I think that is when you connect a home theater system ... Specifically I have a Soundbar HTL3140B/12...

When the sound goes through the sound bar will not sync with the image ... Obviously I know there is an option to fix this, you can modify the range of 0 to -60ms ... But precisely the problem that is, the range is very small ... I put a -60ms and yet there is a slight desync ... the sound is a little late, which is really annoying ... I think they should expand the range double or triple ...

I feel like I bought the sound bar for anything, because I can not use for this discrepancy

That immediately solved with a software update ... It's a fairly recent model, I hope to settle it soon in the next update !!!!!!

    Hi JE5U5,

Which connection type are you using? HDMI, Coax., Optical?

You say that when the sound goes through the soundbar you have this issue. Do you mean when the content is played via the soundbar, or also when content is played from the TV?

    Best regards,
    Ina

The problem was solved with the new firmware TV, not the sound bar.

Thanks for your reply anyway ...
