Tips for video store playback

Dear users,

To ensure your optimal enjoyment, please disable the “Auto standby” & “Screen saver” features when using the video stores in Net TV.
This helps to avoid disturbance during video download and video playback.

In the long run, the video store performance will be enhanced by future firmware. Thanks for your continued support and patience while we work to have this resolved.

Hi Toengel,

For the VideoCiety service, we are waiting the software release of another Home Cinema Sound model.

Once that’s released, the Net TV team will enable the service for 2010 devices including BDP8000 and BDP9600. Thanks for your patience and understanding in advance.
