    BDP3100/12 Problem with "BATTLE: LOS ANGELES"



    Hi, I have a BDP3100/12 and I Bought BATTLE:LOS ANGELES Film Blu-Ray, but my Blu-ray player show me "Unknow Disc" with this Film. I already have installed the latest firmware version (1.42), but the problem continues.

    What can I do?

    Others BDs woks perfectly.

    so you should post the barcode of that BD (printed on the cover) so that Philips can take a look at it.

    We did not find this disc back on the site where we normally buy from. For this reason it cannot be ordered and we cannot test the problems that you are having.

    To see what goes wrong please contact your local service centre and send over the device and the disc you are having problems with.
