    HD experience

Just bought model 40PFL6606. I have not to experienced yet its HD performances. I am using only analog coaxial cable and RJ45 cable.
Can anyone recommend any movies application or channel to experience HD performances?

    Hi,

you can feed your TV with a PS3 or Blu-ray player. You can also connect a USB device with HD movies (MKV)...

    HD experience:
In Net TV: Choose Germany as country in the App Gallery and install the App called "Drivecast".
They always have beautiful HD deep-sea movies.

In the Dailymotion App you can select HD movies as a category.

It is a shame using this high-end TV just for analog cable. Make sure you get a HD connection.

TIP: Go to the Philips website and get the latest software for your TV.
    It adds USB recording functionality!

    Hi Jonny

    on the Divx Webpage:
    http://www.divx.com/en/electronics/s...-plus-hd/video

You will find the "DivX Plus HD Showcase:" where you can download some Movies and Movie Trailers in 1080p or 720p.

Just Download one of the Videos (or all) put it on an USB Stick and then enjoy the Video on the TV.

    Regards
    Thomas
