If you press the "warm" on the right, doesn't it show the values?

If you have not changed them from the service menu, then they should be right.
(There is no way the user can change the values of cool, normal & warm, unless you enter and change them in the service menu, and store the changes).
Regarding the actual numbers, I am not sure they are the same in all TVs of the same model. Philips I think should answer (someday) if they calibrate the white points at the factory.
My 46PFL9705H/12 has for example for warm, the following values:
Red: 127
Green: 108
Blue: 79
They are close to yours, but not exactly.
According to the service manual, the values for my TV should have been:
Red: 127
Green: 112
Blue: 87
but these are not the actual values my TV had.
I suspect that the values my TV has were aligned to the factory using a meter for my TV, but I cannot know this for sure. Only Philips knows if they calibrate each TV at the factory.

Hi ali54,
The (statistical) white tone values are:
32PFL9705x/x:
----------R----G----B
Normal-127 112 103
Cool----125 121 124
Warm--127 107 59
40PFL9705x/xx:
----------R----G----B
Normal-127 111 117
Cool----121 117 127
Warm--127 109 78
46PFL9705x/xx:
----------R----G----B
Normal-127 119 112
Cool----114 117 127
Warm--127 112 87
Note that these are average values from production batches.
So, your set must have (at least) values close to above values.
All 3 values set to 127 (which are default values) does not seem correct, you better contact your service center again.
Regards,
JuAnLast edited by Philips; 06-17-2011 at 10:29 AM.
