Need help
I am a new member to this forum.
We bought a PHILIPS BDP7500SL/51 with serial number AJ1A1003002876 recently.But i encounter some problems playing some of the matroska(.MKV) files.I am able to play some of them without any distortion but some other times i get some sort of distortion in the video while playing some of the matroska files.
I think there is some problem with the profile of the particular video but i don't know how to change it.
Kindly help me with this.
