Subtitles disappear when changing volume
This is only when volume bar is enabled. But I would like to see the volume bar AND the subtitles.

My TV is a 32PFL7695 with q5551-0.140.36.0 software.
And it are the DVB subtitles.

I've seen the same effect on a 37pfl8605k with firmware 000.140.37.000.

I also experience this phenomenon, but I think this is normal. The subtitles are in a different stream than the main picture. So they must be projected onto the picture, but the volumebar also has to be projected. This is probably done in the same memory area. So it's one or the other. But maybe they can solve this

Hi,
I think this is the same problem that during one see the volume icon one is not able to switch channels. The volume overlay seems to block everything...

That's indeed the normal response ! Some people don't like this and want subtitles AND the volumebar at the same time. I think that's not possible due to the structure of the picturememory.
