Question Problem with Philips SPA2600/00 5.1 channel Multimedia Speaker system

    Model: SPA 2600/00
    Production NO.: CP000651000718

Problem with volume control (in general) do not respond (always low level of sound)!

The problem with the MCU: EM78P156ELPJ-G.

Changing the crystal, remains still the same problem (capacitors around the correct crystal)!

The correct cable for CONTOL, potentiometer on the cable is correct.

VDD correct, solder on the board is good!

P.S. When you touch your finger 220pF capacitor end of the crystal, there is a high level of sound for a moment (2-10 sec) and disappears again (not that sound can be adjusted).

    Thank in advance!
