hts 7140 dvd stuck
hi,
has anyone have problems like dvd got stuck in player?
i have.
maybe someone knows how to get it out?

Sorry to hear that netsofijn. As mentioned by the moderator, it will be the best to go to the repair centre in this case. Don't risk opening up yourself.
I have experience trying to open the device myself to take out the stuck disc. it did succeed but my player is brutally scratched. and noted the warranty will be voided if you open it up yourself (if your player is within the warranty period, dont do it.)

having the same problem. the repair centre said it would be 2 weeks and they are on the other side of the city. hardly convenient. thinking of just taking it locally and voiding the warranty.

would the firmware upgrade that was released help with this problem?
