    9705 and new parts

    hi all
    my old 9705 week 40 went for repaire and came back with new screen and signal bord and up to date softwear when i got the tv back the colours was not deep and strong as before in some sceens looket washed out so i phoned philips and they send it back to repair center this time they gev me a new tv week vn1|11 so i tested this on to find the colouers to be a same and the picture bit bluerd
    the picture is poor for 2k tv ant one alse had this problem

    yes when i got the tv the 0.34 was installed and no i cant get the inky pictuer back with any of settings
    this tv is a week old and its from philips direct i like to get a refund becuse i had enoght of all this problems with this tv i just whant to enjoy my tv not to send it in for repaire avery five mintes

    i have spoke with my local call center and they whant to send it for repaire and the tv is only week old all togher now my tv is been at repaire center eight weeks and i had to take days off work wich up to now i have lost 300 pound waiting for them to pick the tv up and jrop it off i cant do this any more how many tvs do you no that needs new power supply becuse of high pitch noise then needs new screen needs signal bord and the list gos on this tv was not tested before it went out for sale.like i sayed i like a refound and not a repiare like philips is offering
