3D on 21:9 cinema tvs
Dear Philips,
As said at another point there are rumors saying that some of the new features of the new 58pfl9956 cinema tv are going to be implemented to the old 58pfl9955H one.
These features may include control of the 3D depth and 2D to 3D conversion.
I can understand that a new tv may have additional features based on its new improved hardware. Thus I would not expect 2D to 3D conversion nor usb recording because both probably are hardware related issues but what about control of 3D depth?
3D depth is more or less a software related issue so it could be implemented to 58PFL9955 through a firmware update.
Please let us know because 58pfl9955H still is the top of the series till the new 58pfl9956 comes out.
Nick
