    Cool DVDSnot playing

    We are suddenly experiencing discs not playing after loading.
    Any one having the same problem ?

    Hi,

    did you changed something? Try to disconnect your BDP completely from the power supply. The to do a firmware update (eject all discs BEFORE updating).
